Delete your account
You can delete your account and everything in it from inside the game. Open Settings and tap Delete progress. It takes effect straight away.
Deleting is permanent. Your progress and anything you have collected or bought with in-game currency cannot be restored afterwards.
What gets deleted
Your account, your aquariums and everything in them, your published aquariums, your friends list, your in-game mail, and the usage, crash and integrity records tied to your account are all permanently deleted.
What we keep
If an account has been suspended or restricted, we keep that record. It is the only thing that stays, and it is what stops a suspension being sidestepped by starting over, which keeps the game fair for everyone else playing.
If you can't sign in
If your account is suspended and you can't reach the Settings panel, email us and we'll delete it for you. Write from the email address tied to the Google or Apple account you sign in with, so we know the request is yours.
